Refund policy

No refunds

All plan purchases on Ruhs MO PYQ are final. Once a plan is activated, the amount paid is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged — whether or not the content is used.

Why

A plan unlocks digital study material immediately and in full. Because the content is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we are unable to offer refunds.

Before you buy

• Check what the plan includes and how long it stays valid.
• Try the freely available sections first to see if the material suits you.
• Write to us with any question before purchasing — we're happy to answer.

Payment failures and duplicate charges

If money was deducted but your plan was not activated, or you were charged twice for the same plan, email us with the payment reference within 7 days. Verified failed or duplicate transactions are refunded to the original payment method.

Account access

Plans are personal. Accounts suspended for credential sharing or misuse of content are not eligible for any refund.
